This manual was created to guide faculty in updating their course content so that it is accessible and well-organized in the new LMS. It is accompanied by videos detailing each step in the new Canvas Studio environment. The outline is shown below.

There was no formalized onboarding for new instructional designers (ID) to the work so I created this to help me with managing all the different technologies and standards. Solutions were added as I resolved issues from the Park Distance Learning team, faculty, and the natural course of work. By the time a new ID was added to the team a few months after I was hired, this document was shared with everyone in a group drive. It helped to get them up to speed much more quickly. The outline of the manual is shown below.
